1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of primecic.com (the "Site"), operated by Prime Citizenship and Immigration Center ("PrimeCIC", "we", "us"), a Canadian immigration consulting practice regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). By using the Site you accept these terms.

2. Information, not legal advice

Content on this Site — including program descriptions, draw results, timelines and eligibility information — is general information only. It is not legal advice and does not create a consultant–client relationship. Immigration rules change frequently; always confirm details with IRCC, USCIS or the relevant authority, or book a consultation for advice on your situation.

3. Free assessments

Submitting an assessment or contact form gives us permission to review your information and respond. A submitted form does not retain our services — representation begins only when both parties sign a written retainer agreement as required by the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Immigration decisions are made solely by government authorities. We do not and cannot guarantee approval of any application. Statements on this Site about timelines or success rates describe typical experience, not promises.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access non-public areas, no automated scraping of forms, and no submission of false or another person's information.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content — text, design, graphics and the PrimeCIC brand — is our property or licensed to us. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with attribution; any other reproduction requires written permission.

7. Third-party content

The Site links to government sources (IRCC, canada.ca, USCIS) and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeCIC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability relating to the Site is limited to CAD $100; liability for professional services is governed by your retainer agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
